Oceanside Corporation was incorporated July 27, 1973 with approximately 130 original shareholders, and 238 shareholders in 2010. The corporate office for Oceanside is based in Perryville, Alaska. Oceanside is entitled to 92,160 arces of land surrounding Perryville, and has completed most of its conveyances.

Oceanside Corporation, under the terms of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, is charged with holding, investing, managing and/or distributing lands, property, funds, and other rights and assets for and on behalf of the native village of Perryville. The Corporation is certified as an SBA 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation, and is currently pursuing 8(a) contracting opportunities through its subsidiary, Three Star Enterprises, LLC. In addition, the Corporation manages its investment portfolios, issues scholarships to shareholders, and regulates access to its lands for non-shareholders via a user permit system.
